1. About ListedOn

ListedOn (“ListedOn.ai”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides audit-first tools to help businesses understand and improve how their information appears to search engines and AI systems, including your ListedOn Profile, optional ListedOn Pro monitoring, and technical signals such as Schema.org markup and open APIs.

ListedOn.ai is operated by Advanced Studio Limited.

By using our website, running a free check, claiming a profile, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. What We Do

ListedOn provides tools for businesses to create and maintain a ListedOn Profile. We optimise profile information using industry-standard technical methods to help search engines and AI systems discover and parse clearer business facts. These methods include, but are not limited to:

  • Structured data markup using Schema.org (JSON-LD) on every ListedOn Profile page
  • Semantic HTML designed for machine readability
  • An llms.txt file following the emerging standard for AI model discovery
  • An open JSON API endpoint providing programmatic access to ListedOn Profile data
  • Static site generation (SSG) for fast, crawlable pages
  • Proper metadata, Open Graph tags, and sitemap generation

3. No Guarantee of AI Citation or Recommendation

This is the most important section of these terms. Please read it carefully.

While we employ best practices to structure and index your business information for AI discovery, we cannot and do not guarantee that any AI engine will cite, recommend, reference, or mention your business in response to any particular query or at all.

The decision of what information to include in AI-generated responses is made entirely by the AI engines themselves, using their own algorithms, training data, retrieval systems, and policies. We have no control over and no special relationship with any AI engine provider.

Specifically, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI responses are non-deterministic — the same query may produce different results at different times, for different users, or in different regions.
  • AI engines decide independently — whether an AI engine uses data from ListedOn (or any other source) is entirely at the discretion of that engine's operators and algorithms.
  • Indexing does not equal citation — even if an AI engine crawls and indexes our ListedOn Profiles, it may choose not to reference your ListedOn Profile in its responses.
  • Training data has lag — AI models are trained periodically. There may be a delay of weeks or months between your ListedOn Profile being published and it potentially appearing in an AI model's knowledge.
  • The AI landscape is evolving — AI engines may change how they discover, evaluate, and use external data sources at any time, which may affect how or whether our ListedOn Profiles are used.
  • We do not impersonate AI engines — any demonstrations, examples, or simulations on our website showing AI responses are illustrative only. They represent a realistic potential outcome, not a guaranteed result.

4. What We Guarantee

We do guarantee the following for all paid ListedOn Profiles:

  • Your ListedOn Profile will be published on ListedOn.ai with proper structured data (Schema.org JSON-LD)
  • Your ListedOn Profile will be included in our llms.txt file and JSON API endpoint
  • Your ListedOn Profile page will be statically generated and publicly accessible for crawling by any AI engine or search engine
  • We will maintain the technical infrastructure to keep your ListedOn Profile accessible and properly structured
  • We will keep up to date with emerging AI discovery standards and implement them as they become available

In short: we guarantee the structure, the indexing, and the visibility. We cannot guarantee what any third-party AI engine does with that information.

5. Profile Tiers

5.1 Free ListedOn Profile

Free profiles let you run checks, claim your business, correct basic information and save your AI Visibility Report. Draft profiles may be created by ListedOn using publicly available business signals from audits. Business owners may claim free profiles at any time.

5.2 ListedOn Pro

ListedOn Pro (£59 founding year, then £79/year renewal, or £14.99/month) is available on annual or monthly billing. Pro includes Weekly AI Check (currently via Perplexity), Presence Score, Your Priority, ListedOn Connect, and Expert Setup when you activate. Pro does not automatically rewrite your profile, republish changes, update third-party directories, or update your website without your approval.

6. Pre-Populated Profiles and Claiming

ListedOn may create draft profiles using publicly available business information (such as company names, addresses, and business types from public registries or websites). These draft profiles are assembled from public signals, not from private AI analytics.

If your business has a profile without your request, you may:

  • Claim the profile — verify your ownership and take control of your business information
  • Request removal — contact us at hello@listedon.ai and we will remove or privatise the profile within 5 working days

7. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your profile is accurate, up to date, and not misleading. We reserve the right to remove or modify any profile that contains false, misleading, offensive, or illegal content.

We are not liable for any inaccuracies in draft profiles created from publicly available data. Business owners should claim and verify their profiles to ensure accuracy.

8. Payment and Refunds

Paid Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of payment, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the billing period.

9. Intellectual Property

By claiming or maintaining a profile, you grant ListedOn a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, display, and distribute your approved business information on our website, API, and related channels for the purpose of providing our service. You retain all ownership rights to your business information.

The ListedOn name, logo, website design, and proprietary technology are the property of ListedOn and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListedOn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of revenue or business arising from AI engines not citing or recommending your business
  • Inaccurate or outdated information in AI-generated responses referencing your profile
  • Changes to AI engine algorithms, policies, or data sourcing that affect visibility
  • Temporary unavailability of the ListedOn website or API

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to ListedOn in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Your profile will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it reverts to the free tier.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any profile that violates these terms, contains prohibited content, or is used for fraudulent purposes.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
