These terms cover your use of ListedOn. ListedOn is a trading name of Advanced Studio Limited (“we”, “us”). By using the site or claiming a Profile you agree to them.

What ListedOn does

We show a business what public AI tools say when asked about it, and give it a free ListedOn Profile it can keep accurate. Pro adds extra features on top of the free Profile.

Profiles of businesses that have not signed up

We publish unclaimed Profiles built from public information, such as Google Maps details and the business’s own website. They are public pages and can appear in search engines. Any business can ask us to remove its Profile, using the “remove this Profile” link on the Profile page or by contacting us.

No guarantee about AI

AI tools decide for themselves which businesses they name. ListedOn does not guarantee that any AI will recommend, mention or rank your business, or that a Profile or Pro will change what an AI says. Reports show a snapshot of what we saw on the day we checked, and answers can change or be wrong.

What Pro includes

• An action list as soon as you join, built from your check.
• A written review and plan from James within 5 working days of you answering the Pro questions (a few quick questions straight after you join). A free 10-minute call with James as well, if you want one.
• One change from your plan by email each week, with the words written for you.
• A monthly AI check, using the same questions as your last check, and a monthly email about what changed.
• Your Reports page, with each month’s check saved so you can see changes over time.
• Pro does not guarantee that any AI will name your business.

Prices, payment and refunds

• The free Profile stays free.
• Pro costs £39 a month, or £390 for a year paid once. Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown before you pay.
• The yearly plan is paid once and gives 12 months of Pro from the day you pay. It does not renew and you are not charged again. We will email you before it ends.
• The monthly plan renews each month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time.
• Pro has a 30-day money-back guarantee. On the monthly plan, ask within 30 days of your first payment. On the yearly plan, ask within 30 days of paying. We will refund you in full.
• Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see your card details.
• This does not affect any legal rights you have as a consumer.

Claiming a Profile

• You may claim a Profile only if you own or run the business, or are authorised to act for it. By claiming, you confirm that you are.
• Sign-in is by a one-time link sent to your email, so keep your inbox secure. An unconfirmed claim lapses after 48 hours.
• What you write and the photos you add go public once we are satisfied the claim is genuine: your email is on the business’s own website domain, or we have checked and approved it.
• We may refuse a claim, or reverse one, if we are not satisfied it is genuine or someone shows us the business is theirs.

What you put on your Profile

• It must be true, not misleading, and not break anyone’s rights or the law.
• You must have permission for the photos, staff names and details, and customer reviews you add.
• We do not check accreditations, memberships, guide prices or reviews you add. They are shown as yours, and you are responsible for them.
• Claimed Profiles are public. You give us permission to display what you add so people and AI tools can read it.
• You stay responsible for keeping it accurate. We may hide or remove anything that is untrue, unlawful or not yours to share, or that otherwise breaks these terms.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempts to break or overload it, and no using it to mislead people about a business.

Our responsibility

We take care with ListedOn, but the information in reports comes partly from third parties (such as Google and AI tools) and we cannot promise it is complete or error-free. We are not responsible for losses that come from relying on it, or from changes in what AI tools say. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending things

You can stop using ListedOn at any time and ask us to delete your Profile. We may suspend or remove a Profile that breaks these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts can hear any dispute. Questions? Email hello@listedon.ai.
